BENEFITS OF JOINING PERFORMANCE ELITE

Build Confidence

Need help with getting the confidence you need on the starting line? Whether you are training for 800 meters on the track or an ultra marathon on the road, confidence comes naturally when the right amount of work has been put to the test. You have put in the miles, you train and focus on pace, recovery is taken seriously so that hard days can be hard, you adjust as needed, when needed. Let Performance Elite get you to that next level.

Get proper individualized Coaching

I know you want to run a fast time and set a PR, but lets start here to end there. One individual's training plan is not the same as anothers. Meaning that the training plan will be customized to paces and miles and recovery days needed for YOUR body. One person might be running 100+ miles a week, while another might be running 30+ miles a week. Both will be working towards optimal performance and it is our specialty to find what YOUR body needs to get there.

Perform At Your Optimal Best with a TEAM

Whether you are training because it is your passion or because you want to qualify for a race, chase a standard, a chance to represent your country at the Olympics, Performance Elite is a new Running Club set out to compete at the 2023 Cross Country Club Nationals, and we want YOU to be a part of this culture. But do you have what it takes? Discipline? Grit? Dedication? Passion?

Our Athletes Say

MARK p_edited.jpg

"I am an intermediate long distance runner who is currently in-training to run a full marathon. I started running in middle school where I see myself playing sports. Some sports that I used to play before running includes, Soccer, Basketball and Taekwondo. Going into O’s training, my training has changed by adapting into my coach’s training philosophy where I’m been doing his way of intervals which includes FPRs at race pace (VO2 Max), hill runs and aerobic exercises / reps like min ons / offs. What I like most about Coach O’s training program is the training structure (2 interval runs, 4 recovery runs, and 1 Long Run during the week), post injury schedule, and the aerobic base intervals that will eventually build up my endurance for upcoming races."
